Transactional Iview not working in Portal

Dear Team,

We have a R3 report which has been called as the Transactional Iview in portal.

While selecting the F4 help for the Work schedule it is displaying the list of available work schedule but when selecting any one of them it keeps on loading and not allowing any action in the screen.

After Selecting the F4 Help in Work Schedule field, keeps on loading and the system hangs

While Scrolling down through the list of employee in the output the details and not loaded in the screen and after selecting the Refresh button in the screen it is displaying the list of employee in the table.

PFA the document for the more information. We have raised a OSS note for the same but SAP has mentioned like they can not support for the Z Program. Kindly give your suggestions.
