Skip the logon screen in NWBC for HTML

Dear all,

My system is a ERP6 EHP7 Stack 05 system. During my previous tests in the testing environment, I work fine with the NWBC for calling /nNWBC in SAPGUI and it will directly route me to correct page.

However, in the production environment (some security rules are implemented, but I am don't know what),a logon screen is shown unexpectedly when I call the /nNWBC T-Code. And even worse after I input the logon information, HTTP 500 Internal Error is returned.

What can I do and check in my scenario?
