Timing out issues

We have created 3 services in NWBC for 3 processes...Receiving, Audit and Induct...and we are having timing out issues.

If you are active in Receiving for over 30 minutes and than try to go to Audit you have to log back in and the same if you move on to Induct.

I'm wondering if there is a way around the time out issue?  We have tried to make some changes in our ABAP code and that is where we set the 30 minutes, is there anything in NWBC that can be set?
