NWBC Home page customization

Hello Friends,

Working on SAP SRM 7.0 using NWBC client, my requirement is to customize the home page of NWBC ( adding company logo, Display User name, System date and Time ), i am working first time on NWBC, as a webdynpro abap consultant can i customize this, or any other consultant will do this ? if a webdynpro consultant can do, can any one please help me.
